IFPC Announces Change in Ownership

The St Albans based financial planning and investment management company, IFPC Ltd has announced a change in ownership. The buy-out was carried through by the existing management team of Richard Bradly, Umesh Raj Daswani and Paul Farrant, now taking full control of the business from the previous owner Stuart Grierson.

The change in ownership comes at a time when the business has ambitious plans for the future. The new management team has lost no time in implementing a new investment management platform through a European based company called OMX which will give IFPC Ltd a state of the art technology solution for managing clients’ investment portfolios.

OMX will provide clients with the opportunity to track the progress of their investment portfolio on-line which is a service normally only provided by the major institutions. IFPC have also strengthened their stockbroking support with WH Ireland Plc who are an AIM Listed stockbroker based in Manchester. IFPC will continue to up-grade its client communications and is about to launch a significant brand development project having appointed marketing specialists, Conical, to assist it.

On the recent changes, the company has stated that:

“This is an exciting time for the business. We have grown steadily in recent years by providing a highly personalized and professional service and the investment in technology will allow us to offer a more sophisticated investment management proposition. We offer a compelling service to our clients combining fee based financial planning with the management of their investment portfolios as well as advice on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Clients can meet with one of our financial planning consultants happy in the knowledge that IFPC are able to provide a cradle to grave service.

We currently have more than £100m of investments under our control which gives us the power to negotiate competitive terms with the life and investment companies that we deal with whilst maintaining our local status and personal connection with our clients.”
