Constructing a Portfolio
Our investment managers have experience and a good understanding of managing portfolios of all sizes. Typically, we construct a diversified portfolio of securities which is structured to achieve our clients’ objectives. Our portfolios will typically maintain an exposure to the major economies of the world including the UK, Europe, the U.S., Japan, the Far East and Pacific. For those clients that wish to increase their risk profile, we will allocate elements of the portfolio to some of the world’s more exciting emerging and developing markets such as China, Brazil, India and Eastern Europe.
We manage multi-asset class portfolios incorporating equities, fixed interest securities and bonds, commodities, commercial property, alternative investments and cash. Our exposure to these areas is achieved through a variety of investment vehicles including direct equities, unit trusts and Open Ended Investment Companies (OEICs), Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), investment trusts and structured products.
We utilise a combination of in-house and external research for our portfolio investments and receive valuable macro economic and strategic advice from some of the City’s most respected investment houses and banks.
Our investment team uses powerful investment management technology used by many of the major financial institutions to manage, monitor and implement your investment strategy. It is this combination of man and machine that enhances our offering to our private clients.
